One thing I love about Summer: the encouragement from bikinis to eat healthy. Knowing that I could pop over to the beach or pool on a given weekend means I need to be conscious of what I’m eating. Now, this should be a given for living a healthy lifestyle. But it’s somewhat easier to eat a slice of pumpkin bread and a hot pumpkin latte in the winter than it is in the summer, am I right? Stretchy leggings and baggy sweaters are waaay to easy to get used to in December.

To encourage your Summer eating, here are some healthy wraps and salad recipes from my home to yours:

Apple, Brie & Turkey Wrap :: Spinach Tortilla for the base then add: (2) Leaves of Romaine, (3) Slices of Turkey, (2) Oz of Brie & (3) Slices of Fuji Apple. Roll it up and slice in half. Preferably eat outside with a nice breeze. Or the intense Summer heat.
