Good morning! I hope this week has been wonderful and productive for you. I still have yet to get fully settled and haven’t been in the kitchen experimenting at all. I have however, stayed consistent with working out. It’s been a while since I did my Friday Link Love, so here you go! It’s Fall themed for your enjoyment πŸ™‚

I wanted to share with you an online boot camp I am joining! If you wander around the health blog world at all, you have probably heard someone talk about Tina Reale’s Best Body Bootcamp. Tina is a NASM certified personal trainer and offers an 8 week bootcamp that consists of strength and cardio workouts that she emails you along with links on how to perform any exercises you don’t know. You don’t need a gym either, you can do most workouts at home if you own dumbbells!

Round 3 of her Bootcamp starts October 22nd and lasts through December 16th. I gained 10lbs over the holidays last year and I will NOT be doing that this year. This is a perfect way to stay motivated as Halloween candy & Pumpkin Pie allure you to the table. You have until October 15th to sign up, so what are you waiting for?! Click here and sign up for only $25! That’s a steal.

To continue on the healthy train, I wanted to share a yummy trail mix recipe that I found from Brittany @ Eating Bird Food. You know all about my love for Pumpkin so I thought why not share a recipe for Pumpkin Spice Trail Mix.

I’m definitely going to have to give this recipe a try. My only problem is, I like to eat handfuls and handfuls of trail mix without putting the jar down. Also, this would be a great fall gift idea!

Speaking of Fall gift ideas, I wanted to share a few fall gifts that are perfect for you to take to your next get together. One is buy and one is DIY.

I bought these pumpkins in the $1 section at Target. You know that initial spot in every Target that allures you with it’s cute notepads you don’t need? Well these are in the $2.50 section and are worth buying. You can buy 2 for your home or for a friend for $5! I bought some for my mom and she loved them.

I also stumbled upon this cute DIY decor idea from Tina @ Carrots n’ Cake. Instead of buying expensive acorn filler from Pottery Barn, she hunted down her own acorns from her yard and made this adorable candle holder. You can see the steps here.

Do you decorate for the seasons? My favorite season used to be Christmas but Autumn/Thanksgiving are my new favorites because of all the warm colors. Plus Pumpkin πŸ˜‰

Have a wonderful weekend!
