Good morning! I hope that your week has been going smoothly. Yesterday morning started off at the gym. On the agenda was a total Upper Body Blast workout targeting Biceps, Chest, Shoulders & Back. I did a 1 mile warm-up run and then stretched before starting the following workout.

Use weights that are challenging to you but not ones that will cause you to not perform proper form. Repeat the series 2x for a full body blast.

After I finished this workout, I found a yoga mat, rolled it up and performed the following Zuzana workout. This workout was 12 minutes and had me out of breath. Try it out! You go non-stop and I definitely tired out on the Santana push-ups. Thankfully there was only one other person in the gym as I jumped over the rolled up yoga mat and tripped several times 🙂

By the time I got home, I was so hungry! I whipped up a quick smoothie of: 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder, 1/2 Banana, 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk, Cinnamon and ice. I also made 1 egg & 1 egg white scramble with spinach and strawberries on the side. Yummm.

Yesterday afternoon, I met my mom in downtown Newnan for some lunch and antique shopping. My family loves to antique shop and I’m trying to convince my parents to open up a booth to sell all of the great finds they have collected over the years. We stopped by Grannie Fannie’s Antique Shop and I picked up these 3 items for a total of $19.00 I wish I had my Nikon to better capture them but my Iphone will do today.

Vintage Wooden Recipe Box- $2.00

Linen Embroidered Table Runner- $10.00 (needs to be ironed)

Fall Wooden Welcome Sign- $7.00

I can’t wait until we have place of our own one day to decorate with antique finds such as these. There are so many cute decor items you can find in antique shops, you just have to look! I hope you find some new treasures for your home soon.
