Good morning! It’s Friday and such a beautiful day here! The weekend forecast is 0% rain and sun, of course that would happen the weekend after our trip to Naples! But I will definitely be soaking up the sun while it’s here!

Today’s edition of Friday Fitness, Flavor and Finds will be two fold. First I’m going to share things that I have bought this week in all 3 categories and then share links of inspiration from the web! I hope you enjoy and feel free to share your favorite links from the week!

ViewSPORT is a fitness apparel company that has created “sweat-revealing” products for you to wear. You can find their whole line here. I decided to purchase the “Run with Heart” grey t-shirt for my runs. Here I am wearing it before my workout:

After my sweaty workout this message appeared on my lower back:

Yes, I sweat a lot when I workout. I try to embrace it, less toxins in the body right?

Speaking of sweat, how about a Burpee Challenge from Bonnie Lang? She is a motivational fitness trainer and I love following her blog. Check out her site for workouts and health tips! Watch her do this workout below:

While shopping at Big Lots for school supplies, I stopped by their dry foods section because they tend to carry reduced prices on brands I love like Bob’s Red Mill or Cascadian Farms. I came across this baby- Erin Baker’s Peanut Butter Granola. Holy deliciousness. I ate a few handfuls of this stuff on the way home and was wishing I had bought more.

Lori at Laurel of Leaves shared a recipe last week for Banana Bread Cobbler with Pecan Streusel– yum!? The best part is it is healthy with a low sugar content and includes coconut sugar which I definitely am going to look for over the weekend.

While stopping by Target for a few essentials, you know like a new bikini, I walked by the frame section and saw a bunch of cute frames that were all on sale for $5! I came across this one that I loved.

Of course I went into Target for two things and came out with more. That store knows how to pull me in! Somehow I always leave with at least 5 items from the $1 section because who doesn’t need another notepad for their fridge?

Other home finds from the week, is a Jewelry Display from Maiedae’s Blog. Savannah has such a creative eye and I love all of her design work. This DIY Jewelry Display is perfect for a Saturday craft session.

I hope you guys enjoyed my Friday Fitness, Flavor and Finds Link Love!

Are there any finds you’d like to share? I’d love to check them out! Share the link in your comment!
