Good Morning! Friday is here and I’m so excited for the weekend! Details below for my excitement.

This morning I challenge you to get in your workout at some point today before the weekend gets going. I’m going to complete this workout from the wonderful Tone It Up girls. The Mali Booty Workout

This morning I whipped up a smoothie for breakfast and it was delicious and husband approved.

Peanut Butter Cookie Smoothie


(1) cup of almond milk

(1) scoop of vanilla protein powder

(1) cup of ice

(1/2) cup of oats

(1) tbsp of peanut butter

(1) banana

Blend all ingredients up!

Sip and relax because it’s Friday and the weekend is here!


I’m so excited for this weekend! Victoria fly’s in tonight and we will be relaxing and drinking some wine before heading to Daytona Beach tomorrow morning to celebrate our friend Sarah’s bachelorette party! We will be staying at the Plaza Resort and Spa. Looking forward to this one.
